The bass is awesom, It is custom made by Ray Ramirez in Puerto Rico. It is confortable to play the neck is a little thinner then the original ampeg so it is easy to play. The body is a beutiful candy apple red, he has a large selection of colors to choose from. I purchased on line with no problems, He was always available when I had quwstions or concerns. and once the bass was ready he next day aired it. I highly recomend the Ray EUB. It has Bartolini electronics and  the Piezo pick ups. Hard rock maple bridge. The sound is smooth and percussive.
