Electric Upright Basses made at Amatista Basses, provides an excellent audio response, not only with pizzicato, but also when bowed, making “live sound trouble” an issue of the past, especially when blending in other instruments, such as drums and brasses.

Being aware of the risk we put through an acoustic doubles bass while handling it (changes in humidity and temperature of the environment being some of them), we at Amatista designed our instruments to perform and excel in all the situations when using an acoustic bass becomes too troublesome.
