I bought this bass after I found it on the net, the supply of EUBs in the UK seeming very limited. The service I had from Clevinger was superb. The bass arrived at my rather remote Welsh farmhouse 7 days after I transferred the money and since then has been gigged regularly, with great enjoyment. It's a very easy instrument to play, and with the stand very easy to set up for either standing or sitting, pizz or arco. The sound is also well up to scratch. For live playing I only use the bridge pickup, but it has a second pickup for the "woody" part of the spectrum, and I'm still experimenting with this in the studio. All in all I am very happy with it.
